Privacy Policy

Open Line Club LLC ("Open Line," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about creators, fans, and visitors ("Users") of the Open Line platform and related services (the "Service"), including services accessed through websites operated by third-party Operators using our technology. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & Profile Data: name, username, email, phone, password, profile photo, location, preferences, social links.
  • Age & Eligibility: date of birth/age (18+), identity verification artifacts.
  • KYC / Identity & Tax (Creators): government ID and tax data processed through our verification systems. Biometric data (if face matching used) processed by third-party vendor; we receive results only.
  • Payments & Payouts: via CCBill and/or Stripe. Limited metadata only (last 4 digits, brand, payout status). No full card/bank numbers stored.
  • Communications & Content: messages, chats, session data, posts, tips, support tickets, timestamps, moderation signals.
  • Technical & Usage Data: device ID, IP, user-agent, pages viewed, performance data, approximate location, security events.
  • Cookies: authentication, security, session continuity, analytics.

2. How We Use Information

Provide/improve the Service; process payments/payouts; authenticate identity/age; prevent fraud; enforce Terms; provide support; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; run optional programs (e.g., referrals); analytics. We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising.

3. How We Disclose Information

To: (i) service providers (hosting, analytics, security, CCBill, Stripe, KYC verification, support, moderation); (ii) Operators whose branded sites you access, to the extent necessary for Service operation; (iii) other users for interactions; (iv) authorities when required by law; (v) parties to corporate transactions; (vi) third parties at your direction. We do not sell PI or share it for advertising.

4. Retention

Retained as needed for Service operation, legal/tax compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Account/transaction records: 3–7 years. Messages/content: while active + compliance needs. KYC: per regulatory requirements.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Know/access, portability, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing (N/A—we don't sell/share), appeal, non-discrimination. Submit requests to privacy@openline.club.

6. Children's Privacy

Not directed to anyone under 18. All users must be 18+. PI from under-18s deleted promptly.

7. Security

Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure. Report concerns to security@openline.club.

8. Cookies

Strictly necessary (login, security, fraud) and analytics. Manage in browser. No cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. International Transfers

U.S.-based. PI processed in the U.S.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party links governed by their own policies.

11. Changes

Updated periodically. Material changes receive additional notice. Continued use = acceptance.
