DMCA Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Open Line Club LLC respects intellectual property rights. We remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
1. Submitting a DMCA Notice
Send a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the infringing material, including URLs.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- Good-faith belief statement.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and you are authorized.

2. Counter-Notification
If wrongly removed, submit counter-notification with your signature, identification of removed material, good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to California federal court jurisdiction. We may restore unless the complainant files a court action.
3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
4. Misuse
False DMCA notices/counter-notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
